I chose to build my new office in Myers Corner because it is centrally located, allowing me to serve patients in Staunton, Waynesboro and Augusta County. Since we have opened our new office, we are now even serving parts of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County. This project has great access to Interstates 81 and 64. I have found that I can serve multiple localities with one office. Being near the hospital and schools was very important to us, and Myers Corner is within one mile of Augusta Health and across the street from the Wilson Schools complex. With the opening of Lifecore Drive, access to the hospital and other medical offices is very convenient. I am pleased with the high standards and quality of construction with the buildings that have been built in Myers Corner, and with the collection of professionals who have decided to locate their businesses here. In the first full year of my new office being open here, my business has increased fifteen percent. My customers love our new location and the new road, Lifecore Drive. Some will go take a walk on the shared-use path while their child is seeing me. My experience with the development team at Myers Corner was fantastic. Crescent was very responsive to my questions, very accessible, and they did what they said they would do.

As the Broker and partner of the Augusta Old Dominion Realty office, I needed to find a space that would be convenient and large enough to accommodate our staff and 25 agents. Myers Corner offered us exactly what we needed. We purchased 4000 sq ft. and an office was built to accommodate our needs plus extra space so we can grow. Working with the Myers Corner developers made everything come together. A project of this magnitude takes time to make sure things are right We feel this was definitely the right choice for us.

Since moving to our Myers Corner location, our customer count is up 300 to 400 per day. Many days, our sales are double what they were at our old location. We selected Myers Corner for the new store because we knew that Lifecore Drive would bring a lot more traffic. Also, being across the road from Wilson Memorial High school, Wilson Middle School and Wilson Elementary was very appealing. The new store has a better location with better access and is a better facility, which allows us to serve more customers, and makes it more convenient for them. We are very satisfied with the quality of the development, the buildings that have been built so far, and the businesses that have located in Myers Corner. The developers of Myers Corner, Crescent Development Group, have been great to work with. You could not ask for better people to work with. I see the Fishersville area and especially Myers Corner being a big growth area in the County. It's always been on the radar screen and it's only going to get better. My employees and my customers love our new location and our new store. It's very clean and new with plenty of parking and now we offer Shell gas.
